"It's a older bar a peaceful place with a good mix of older and middle aged people with just a smathering of mid Twenties thrown in. The food is phenomenal the portions are huge and the prices are reasonable.The food tastes great I had a Philly cheese steak sandwich it was really cheesey with a perfect amount of onions and green peppers . The fries are homemade or you can have tater tots if you prefer. If you like a great dill pickle they have those too .This place also has many other menu items including deep dish and thin crust pizza, I chose a thin crust pizza with cheese and sausage ,the sausage has a great flavor and spice to it and the sausage pieces are the size of Eizenhauer dollars. Ice cold drinks and an easy going atmosphere with friendly exceptional service , only been to GEM City Saloon twice,but both times it was really good consistently good. Great place to go for food and a peaceful atmosphere !"
